Very spacious and well cleaned. Excellent and timely check-in and check-out. The heaters in the room helped. Most appliances worked well.
Plenty of extra blankets, pillows and mattresses, all well cleaned, also was very useful to get a good night's sleep.
The location is excellent (the best in Jabal Akhdar) with plenty of amenities nearby.
The hot water took ages to come through the taps. We stayed for just 1 day so it wasn't a big deal but definitely would be a problem for longer stays.
Similarly, there were no towels or toilet papers in the bathrooms. The liquid soap was watered down.
There was also a slight sewage smell from the bar area but it subsided after a while.
The billiards table has been missed by previous guests so the sticks were damaged.
