The location - pleasant stroll from/to the airport.
The ease of check-in/check-out, privacy, cleanliness. Coffee/tea making facilities and snacks were also greatly appreciated!

The location near the airport was super, it was cleaned well and nicely designed.
Just two little things, we couldn't get the bathroom door to shut all the way and the lack of a dim light for the evening.

Being 82 years old and my wife 79, we did not appreciate being placed in an upstairs room via extremely steep and dangerous staircase. Having to haul both heavy suitcases up the stairs was NOT COOL. Your advertising should in future include the information that there is no lift, and that your establishment is not advisable for the elderly. Had i known, I would have gone to a regular hotel. The accommodation was very basic.
