We arrived late at night but had arranged for the hotel shuttle to collect us. The driver was waiting for us even though our flight had been delayed. The room was big and the air conditioning cold. Breakfast had a good range of food. We were starting a tour the next day and they allowed us to move to another room straight away so we didn’t need to store our bags. The location is great, lots of restaurants near by, short walk to the Garden of Dreams
For light sleepers the curtains do very little to block out the light. The room we had overlooked the night clubs so it was very noisy until 4am, we were grateful to staff for moving us to a quieter room for our tour

Great location, felt very safe. Staff were friendly & helpful. The staff at the cafe/bar next door were so lovely and the buffet breakfast served there was great! The room was clean and spacious. Would recommend staying here.

The location, was very good close to bars, dinning, shops. The laundry service was excellent & extremely well priced same day service, costed per kilo.
Some rooms could be smokey, the staff obliged & moved our room, given the location it could be very noisy.
