The staff and location are great.
This is a individual thing, but I like to start the shower and let the water get ready. The way the shower is setup, you have to be in the stall to start and can't do anything else while it warms up.

New and modern, one of the nicer hotels in Kathmandu, one of the front desk workers was very helpful, they had me in the wrong room on the first night and ended up rectifying on the second night
Some of the staff made me feel really uncomfortable and not welcomed, I had to move rooms and was told to leave my key at the front desk and the staff would move my bags. I came to my new room an hour later and got a call from one of the staff accusing me because I didn’t move my bags, I wasn’t able to because the room that they gave me wasn’t ready and I was told that they would do it, I had to go to reception, get my old key, move my bags then drop the key back, when I got back to my new room another front desk worker came to my room and asked me how was my room, I said it was fine and I explained that I was not impressed with how I was treated. His response was “have a nice day sir”, I said “really, is that it” and he just repeated the same line again. There were 2 other strange encounters that I won’t get into.
All and all I checked out a day early as I was not comfortable here.
