Cleanliness and the food.
The hotel was a little difficult to locate, and there were some delays in responding to our requests. We hope these areas can be improved for a smoother experience.

Had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Vistara. The room was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Although the space was a little cozy, it was comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The management and service were amazing, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special mention to the chef—the food was absolutely amazing and beautifully prepared. Every meal was a great experience. 👨🍳🍽️
One of the biggest highlights is the rooftop restaurant, offering a stunning 360-degree panoramic view of Kathmandu, the surrounding mountains, and Swayambhunath Stupa. The view is especially beautiful during sunrise and sunset. 🌄
The location is another big advantage. It’s only around 5–8 minutes’ walk from the heart of Thamel, making it very convenient for exploring the area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.
Overall, Hotel Vistara is a great place to stay, with excellent management, friendly service, delicious food, a beautiful rooftop, stunning mountain views, and a convenient location.
