I had a great experience at Hotel Yak & Yeti. The hotel is a little dated, but its history and character are part of its charm.
The breakfast was excellent, and the spa deserves a special mention. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, especially Dipesh and Niroj. I injured myself during my stay, and Dipesh immediately brought me some ice and later checked in to see how I was feeling. That level of care truly made a difference!
The only issue was that my bathroom drain was clogged, but the staff resolved it quickly. If it weren’t for that, my stay would have been perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!
