We stayed at the Traditional Comfort for 2 nights following an uncomfortable ride from the EBC and felt very welcome. The room size was generous and everything worked well in the bathroom, although the wooden cups for shampoo and body wash were a challenge to stand upright while in use. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially Lija and Sandesh who shone in their professionalism); and the food was great. The breakfast was cooked to order and ample, but we couldn’t get used to eggs being served separately from the rest of the menu items. Location was just right and within walking distance of the main attractions. The weather didn't permit use of the roof terrace but we’d definitely stay again.
Local dogs were a bit noisy.

I loved the building design itself, and attention to the styling of furniture and decoration. The room was spacious and had really nice touches like the windows opening above a long table to sit at. The staff were polite and friendly.
The breakfast buffet was average.
