The staff were very helpful and courteous.
The treadmill in the gym probably requires an upgrade.

The hotel is beautifully designed, with far reaching views over Kathmandu and the mountains beyond. The staff were charming and attentive with high standards in every area. I liked the fact that whilst it was modern in feel, it was most definitely Nepali, with delightful local touches

Staff was really kind especially at breakfast
Seems to cater to large group of Indians which were very noisy at night gathering in rooms and on the common areas making it impossible to sleep and smoking in their rooms so very strong smell of cigarette coming through air con..staff seems powerless in the recurring situation. Also , no Nepalese options for breakfast, which never happened anywhere else. Only many Indian options and some Western option..but no Nepalese breakfast options.
