About this house rental
Enjoy your stay in our beautiful waterfront three-bedroom home just three miles from South Beach. Our southern exposure is perfectly positioned on the canal to enjoy the warmth and sunshine all day. The property features a 900 square foot patio with heated private pool fully enclosed by a lanai. This outdoor living area is designed for comfort and entertainment with seating for six around a cozy fire table, a TV, four lounge chairs and a dining space. From the lanai and dock, you can watch for the occasional manatee or dolphin passing by, enjoy a quiet moment with a good book or try your hand at fishing. Whether you're looking to relax or stay active, Marco Island always has something for everyone to enjoy.
Our 2,000 square foot home has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two living rooms and two bathrooms. One in the primary suite and one conveniently located with access to the patio.
Marco Island is a slower paced community that has it all; a variety of nature-based activities, stunning beaches, waterfront restaurants and pro-designed golf courses.
Marco boasts some of the best shelling in Florida on its over six miles of beaches including Tigertail and south beach and 24 miles of canals. It is the largest island of the 10,000 islands. The famous Keewaydin is only a short boat ride from Rose Marina.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend!Our stay at this Marco Island vacation home exceeded all expectations! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine.The location was fantastic—close to the beach, great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions while still being in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process seamless from booking to check-out. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making us feel right at home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect Marco Island vacation. Five stars all the way!

Great property with the best backyard/pool and location on the Marco Canal!

We stayed here with our family of 7. Our 5 kids range in ages from 8-17 and all loved the house. It is better in person than the pictures even show! It is on a great portion of the canal and that gives great views from every room in the house as well as the screened in patio area. The kitchen is well equipped and it is well set up for renters. It is easy to get anywhere on Marco from this location. All communication with the owners/managers was quick and went smoothly. We would gladly book this property again!

What an amazing relaxing long weekend! The pool area was absolutely stunning (we were out here from morning to night!). The house was so well equipped and communication was seamless. The beds were super comfy as well! Would love to come back again!
