This is a superior hotel, with wonderful staff and attention to detail. The supervisor at the reception desk and the main concierge are particularly outstanding and merit recognition!. That being said, every staff member we interacted with was excellent. There is lots of evidence of good training and leadership at this hotel.
With all of that beautiful property devoted to a golf course, a walking path of some sort for all of the non-golfing guests would be welcome. The location has much to offer, but there is nowhere at all to walk except on the street, which is busy and not particularly attractive for that sort of recreation. I also suggest that information be made avaialble to guests for other walking and hiking options nearby.

Excellent facilities. The bed was great. Great variety of restaurants. Not much to not like to be honest.
If I had to pick a downfall it would be that I had to take my own luggage on the trolley to my room and also bring it down to my car on check out. If this weren’t the case then it would have been a perfect stay

New hotel so clean and modern. Concierge team welcoming and very professional.
The reception team seemed disorganised and not overly helpful whereas the concierge team could not have more professional and helpful. We decided to use room service as we were weary from travelling - the food was OK and service was good. As a new hotel I would suggest that staff need more training and to be more aware of quality of service. Location quite a long way out of town - you need a car and no public transport options
