None provided but milk in the fridge and tea/ coffee making facilities.
No sign on the outside on wall to locate. We went into Falmouth Hotel car park and found Manor cottages. Could be better instruction to get in maybe and outside signs.

The location of Unit 18 is perfection. The balcony overlooking the water is wonderful and provides a good sea breeze. The Falmouth Hotel just next door is a nice place to have lunch or drinks anytime. We also had our own parking spot and it was easy to get to. Also, just a 10-15 minute walk to downtown.

Excellent location with stunning views from the sitting room and balcony. Beautifully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. I would hope to return to this property.
The duvet was too heavy for this time of year and a lighter alternative would have been appreciated.

A few seconds from the beach and easy walk into town. Looks like money is being put in to updating it-kitchen and curtains look brand new (hopefully, bed, bathroom and sofas will be next).
Double bed was possibly the most uncomfortable I have ever slept (or tried to sleep)in. Shower was weak and leaking due to the lack of it having a washer in it.
