The view from the room and the breakfast
Toilet too small. Soundproofing not good. Could hear people slamming doors

+ Fantastic ocean view
+ By car fairly close by to beaches and restaurants (ca. 10-15m)
+ Right below the hotel it is possible to swim in the ocean, even though it is no beach
- Facilities seem to not be maintained adequately (cracks and paint issues here and there, it feels just like the hotel has already past its best days)
- Breakfast was disappointing in terms of quality

Staff’s and The owner are so welcoming. The sauna and over all of the hotel is clean. We had a very nice breakfast also.
Was enjoying the snorkeling even it was little bit of rain. My daughter loves it very much

The balconies with private onsen were a great experience looking over the sea. The rooms were large and well provided for.
The location is quite remote. A car is definitely required to get from Shimoda and even then it feels isolated.
This was also not helped by the fact there were no overnight staff at the hotel or any contact numbers. We experienced an earthquake at 11pm and had no way to contact the staff for any reassurance. We only recieved a reply on booking.com at 10am the next day.
As a hotel hosting tourists I would expect better service and support.
The balcony also leaked very badly in the rain so most of the outside space was soaked through and not a usable space.
