The house is in a magical setting with every window looking directly on the water. We walked just up the street to swim every evening. We were there during what might have been one of the most touristy times of the year but it was quiet in the house and the streets were empty in the mornings.

Absolutely perfect place to stay for a couple of nights in Rovinj — we feel so lucky that we found this place! The most beautiful terrace right over the water was our favorite place to spend the afternoons. The location was ideal to explore old town, with shops and restaurants right outside the door and a place for swimming 5 minutes away that had gorgeous views of the sunset. Couldn’t recommend more!

The location was perfect
All the stairs to bedrooms and kitchen.
The floor and stairs needed a good vacuum.
The fridge smelt like fish we had to buy vinegar to wipe it out.
The main issue was there was no communication re how to gain access to property. It was a frantic phone call once we arrived at property with no host to greet you. Thankfully Evan? came to let us in.
