Apartment thoughtfully furnished, kitchen well equipped, good smart tv, very nice hosts. Nice size balcony with beautiful view over La Arena bay and Los Gigantes 600mtr lava cliffs. Pool, gym, table tennis and library. 5 min. walk to beach, shops, and various restaurants. As a bonus there is a private carpark and we always hire a car. We will rent again.
Since the main route to Los Gigantes has been made one way, scooters, motorbikes and cars tend to use the road past the appartment as a short cut. Many bikes are poorly silenced which is unpleasant. However it is a very small percentage of time that the sound intrudes. Not a problem after 10pm when the apartment is quiet. It is situated on a steep hill which could prove a problem for the disabled.

Perfect location near the beach. Stunning view of the ‘giants’ from the balcony. Very well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Keyless entry a great idea, and easy to use. Use of garage for parking a bonus.
Host was very friendly and helpful.
