The location was good. We did not have breakfast.
The damage deposit should be reimbursed much sooner than 14 days. You are quick to take our money, but very slow in returning it.

Liked the location and proximity to the airport & Norco Silverlake Sports Complex. Pool was great.
Pillows were TERRIBLE (and we flew so no bringing our own.) Our room had a bad smell of dog. I sprayed stuff all week but it was gross. I had hoped that with them only being open for almost one year it wouldn’t smell. I was wrong. I won’t book pet friendly hotels anymore.

Staff is friendly and helpful, Room was clean upon arrival
They only clean the room and change bedding once a week unless you pay extra. Our refrigerator would only stay at room temperature and food would go bad had to keep everything in the freezer as that was refrigerator temperature.
