Our family absolutely loved this place! We don't usually stay at resorts, so I was initially hesitant to book here, but we were meeting up with family and needed a large enough space for 4 adults + 4 small kids (2, 3, 4 and 6), and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and easily accessible with a door code that made for a smooth check-in process. The unit was spacious and the children loved their Minions decorated room with bunkbeds and a trundle. There were two bathrooms, which we appreciated with such a large group. We also appreciated the full kitchen, as we made most of our meals there. We would go out and explore during the day (i.e. Orlando Science Center, Crayola Experience, Kennedy Space Center, etc.), and enjoy the resort amenities in the evening. The kids were in the pool until it closed at 10pm every night! They also enjoyed the water park, arcade, and activities such as arts + crafts, movies and more! It was a fun time and place for the cousins.
The host reached out to me via Whatsapp almost immediately after I confirmed the booking, which gave me the impression that they would be communicative and responsive. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I had to follow-up a few times via Whatsapp, email and the Booking.com message center to get responses, and in some cases, I never heard back. For example, the property requires the name and license of every adult that drives onto the property. The host requested this information from me a few days before we arrived. I sent the information more than 24 hours in advance, but our guests were not on the list when arrived. The host eventually fixed this, but it was inconvenient to have to follow-up with them to get this addressed. Also, there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 6 towels for a group of 8 people with a 5 night stay. I reached out to the host to request more, but never heard back from them, so had to buy our own, which was frustrating because you don't expect to have to buy towels and toilet paper while you're on vacation. We also would have appreciated basic seasonings in the kitchen (i.e. salt & pepper) to prepare meals, which is pretty standard for vacation rentals in our experience. Lastly, the unit is decorated very nicely, but we had to move every piece of decor and put them up high to ensure the safety of our children. I was surprised to see so many glass and metal objects in a place that is marketed as kid-friendly. Appreciated the aesthetic, but not the danger to the kids (or the danger the kids posed to the decor).

Was located very conveniently to Disney as well as many restaurants. The pool, slides, and cafe were great to use after a long day for the adults and kids!
Furniture and beds were very uncomfortable. The beds in the adults rooms felt like a yoga mat on plywood. Was a chemical odor when you first walked in, probably due to paint materials stored in the closet under the ac unit. Had to kill and clean up sugar ants crawling on the stove and counter on a daily basis.

The location of the condo is excellent, being very quite and close to Disney Theme Parks and restaurants. The pool onsite pool and water slide was loved by our grandson.
The tv service was somewhat lacking, but we spent most of our time at Disney, or the pool so tv service was not that important.
