Good location to grocery and restaurants. Not too far from the parks. Beautiful home. Kids loved it.
Having to walk across the street for the water park. We had some maintenance issues that were not resolved.

It’s big, a lot of rooms to accommodate a big family
Have to constantly reach out to support because security wouldn’t let me through or my group that was staying there even after check in hours. After going back and forth for over an hour they finally let us through. Also having to reach out over 4-5 times to get clarity on parking from customer support to reach out to property manager but never receive an accurate answer. Also said it was fine to park 4 cars in the drive way but ended up getting warning slips from security and them also threatening to tow the vehicle. Had to reach out again because remote was missing for the theater system and was told to do it manually so I had to stand on the seats and just keep clicking buttons til I get to where/what I want to watch…had to reach out again because lock on propane was still on and never received the pin to unlock it. Spent pretty much of this on the first and part of the second day. Also got blame for loud noises even though the neighbor was the one shooting off fireworks which is prohibited and got a warning from security…no accountability
