Fantastic stay

The game room and master suite are epic! This was a fantastic stay! Plenty of dishes and cookware..also spices. 2 refrigerators. The views are incredible!

La estancia excelente, pero la agencia Avanstay, pésima...

La ubicación un tanto complicada, sin acceso al garage

La atención de Avantstay fue pésima... nadie se presentó cuando llegamos, nadie nos llamó, no podiamos entrar, mandé mensaje, llamé no tuvimos una respuesta adecuada y oportuna. De no ser por los vecinos de al lado quienes les llamaron al dueño, nos hubieramos quedado sin entrar a la cabaña. Finalmente fue el dueño el que nos resolvió como acceder y nos dio las indicaciones necesarias. El propio dueño comentó que el no estaba enterado de que la cabaña se habia rentado. Esto habla de un pésimo servicio de comunicación de parte de Avanstay.
