La limpieza y la ubicación.
No hay nada de decoración y faltan algunos extras que ya son normales en la mayoría de los alojamientos. No tiene microondas, lo que considero básico hoy en día. Y no estaría de más algún armarito adicional en la zona de la cocina para poder guardar la compra si piensas cocinar en el apartamento. Televisión solo en la sala de estar, no en la habitación.

The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay and was very clean — special thanks to the housekeeping staff! The hotel also has a very convenient location.
The only major downside of this particular room was that it was on the ground floor. More importantly, when choosing and booking the room, it was not stated anywhere that it was located on the ground floor and directly next to the hotel’s main entrance. If I had known this in advance, I definitely would have chosen a different room.
While some street noise is understandable, having the room right next to the entrance doors was terrible. The doors were constantly being slammed, and people almost never held them quietly. There was also no sign or request asking guests not to slam the doors. The soundproofing was practically nonexistent.
This was especially bad in the evening and at night. People were checking in after 10 PM,and guests returning from bars and other places would repeatedly slam the doors. It honestly felt like the entrance was inside my room. I kept waking up throughout the night and also in the morning because of the noise.
Overall, I had a good impression of the hotel, but the location of this particular room significantly affected my stay. I strongly recommend that the hotel clearly indicate when a room is on the ground floor and directly next to the entrance, as this is very important information for guests who want a quiet night’s sleep.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach and same for train and metro, bus stop around the corner. Clean and tidy. Very helpful houskeeper with curly hair:-).
Not very comfortable for long stay, lacking furnishing and very miserly equipped kitchen, not enough tableware. Lacking even kettle. Bed has no headboard and just 2 pillows, not comfortable to sit on as the only other option was 2 chairs. Not much space to put clothing and other belongings, just 1 small hanging rail with shoe shelf and 6 hangers. No pleace to dry towels. Only one reading light and bedside table for double bed and occupancy:-(. High "misted" windows, hence lacking light and only possible to open ~5cm as curtain rail was obstructing.
