The view from the pool area is stunning! The services provided by Badr and Redr were also great. Good food also! Perfect for a quiet time enjoying the nature. The location is also good to be between touristic places like Imlil, Lalla and Ourika. We had an amazing experience with hamman (moroccan sauna) as well.
Just a suggestion: invest a bit more in the shower products (shampoo and conditioner)

Outstanding venue ! At the time of our stay, we were the only guests. The staff were amazing with us. Thanks to Bader and the rest of the team to make it extra special. Beautiful accomodation with the view on the atlas !

l'emplacement était idéal au pied de la montagne de l'Atlas, le personnel était excellent et au petit soin, je recommande vivement cet établissement et de faire la randonnée avec Mohammed

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Abendessen (marokkanisch), reichhaltiges und sehr gutes
Frühstück, es wurde fast jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Traumhaft schöne Aussicht/Landschaft. Toller, großer Pool, ausreichend Liegen und Handtücher. Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage mit einem sehr schönen Garten.
Kühlschrank hat nicht richtig funktioniert, Zimmertüre ging schwer aufzuschließen (Türgriff fehlte) Terrassentüre (EG) war nicht abzuschließen, Wasserhahn im Bad war verkalkt, Grünspan an der Badearmatur.
Kaffee-, bzw. Teetassen haben gefehlt. ebenso gab es kein Trinkwasser (nur auf Anforderung), Tresor war nicht befestigt und ohne Bedienungsanleitung. Nach der ersten Nacht kein Service im Zimmer, Toilettenpapier fehlte bei Ankunft. Frühstück angeblich ab 8.00, gab es aber erst um 9.30 Uhr. 200 Euro mehr in der Abrechnung verlangt als von booking com angeboten.
