Room was functional, nice outlook and quiet.
Lovely clean, fresh bed linen with tissues, desk, chair, aircon (wasn't needed) and sliding glass door with lockable screen door.
The vertical blind for the glass slider was missing a few strips at one end. Not private. They were on the shelf but had broken plastic tabs at the top.
Water from the shower was in the hallway next morning.

I went there for work in Blacktown and so found it perfectly located. The owners were very friendly over text. The room is small, but adequate for 1-2 people. Having a key-card would be better than inputting a code every time, but I appreciated the level of security and so felt very secure staying there.
My only gripe was quite thin walls so you could hear the next rooms easily, the person I shared it with was playing a show very loudly past midnight, but when I asked him he turned it down, so overall the experience wasn't bad. The secure locks give plenty of privacy.
