It was a nice place but didn’t get the room that I choose when I booked this place but didn’t want to argue about that because Alessia was very nice.
They have to check after the cleaning people leave because there were spiders everywhere on the selling

Very clean and functional
The air conditioning unit wasn’t working efficiently so my husband had to remove the filter which was totally blocked with fluff. It then worked okay. However, the AC unit is situated directly under the window so when you close the floor length curtains you don’t get the benefit of the cool air and the unit keeps clicking off and on which disturbs your sleep. (We replaced the filter before we left.) The toilet roll holder is loosely attached to the wall so the toilet roll annoyingly keeps falling on the floor.

Het is heel fijn om een parkeerplaats bij je accomodatie te hebben, dat is in Como nog niet zo makkelijk. Loopafstand tot centrum is 20 minuten, vlak lopen. Airco en koelkastje zijn pluspunten.
De kamer was erg klein maar voor 2 nachtjes goed. Er is geen raambedekking in de badkamer. Dat is echt vreemd want er zijn buren rondom. Badlaken tussen het raam gespannen voor wat privacy. In de kamer staat QR code maar wij kregen hiermee WiFi niet aan de praat. Uiteindelijk na whatsapp contact toch nog een dag gelukt.

Très difficile de trouver l’hôtel. Aucune enseigne. L’enregistrement en ligne très compliqué. Pas de réception aucun contact.
