Parking garage and charger for an electric whehicle. Nice terrace to have a drink outside. The bed is king size and has a nice mattress. The hosts were nice and welcoming.
It's located outside of Como but still on a busy street so there was noise from cars all night long. It doesn't have a full kitchen and the bathroom needs renovating. Its more for 2 persons because with the sofa down, there is not a lot of space in the room.

Nette en ruime kamer, met prima bedden en voorzieningen. Vriendelijke hosts en goede communicatie.
De tv staat op een hele gekke plaats en zou ik in het keukentje plaatsen. Het is best gehorig, wat hoort bij het type pand, maar daardoor is het met kinderen beetje puzzelen.

The location was only about 4 minutes drive to the center but as long as you had a car and were able to understand the navigation app. We didn’t see any buses driving by and Mara said the bus is usually late too! The street is pretty steep going up or down and cars drive really really fast and very close to you, that makes it very unsafe if you are on foot.
The smell in the room that I am guessing it was some kind of the air freshener that smelled like cheap detergent, no view, no extra blankets, and the room was very cold. Also we were staying for four days and only two coffee capsules and two different sizes of coffee cups for two people who were staying there for four days!! The bathroom was outside next to the other apartment and had only a hand shower and very dark!
Claudio helped us with our luggage and Mara was more concerned about the city tax payment and wanted to charge us 10 euro per night for parking after we arrived, when it was supposed to be included and stated on Booking.com! The free parking area outside was always full no matter what time of the day, also in the closet where you’re supposed to hang your clothes was so high that we couldn’t reach so we decided to just leave our clothes in our suitcase
