Comfortable and clean accommodation

The pod was warm and cosy. A nice quiet setting but close enough to walk to the pub.

There was nowhere to hang clothes and an awkwardly placed shelf jutted out over the bed making it difficult to get in and out of the bed.

Good stopover, but no breakfast option except self catering

There were no breakfast facilities on the whole site. We went to Oadby town centre to find a cafe.

Relaxing pod stay

Good location to visit Leicester, but also be out in the countryside. The log powered hot tub was lovely, and at night we relaxed in it watching the bats darting overhead. The pub served beautiful food and was very dog friendly, would definitely recommend

Would have been handy to have instructions for the hot tub and a couple of hooks in the bathrooms for towels. These are very minor points though and we'd happily return as is

It was a charming period property that was really clean and well appointment - perfect for a night’s stay and had all we needed as a small family.

The mattress - and this may be down to me having a fussy bad back but I am used to a medium firm or firm bed and it definitely had no support.
