Communication poor from host. Very frustrating.

Central to Leicester-easy access to main city centre Spacious bedrooms and bathroom Essential areas such as bathroom and kitchen were clean

Very tired looking properly. Back garden overgrown and not pleasant to look at Windows and blinds dusty Carpet has large stains on it WiFi details not easily accessible had to ask the host Access details to property were only released an hour before arrival and only when I had to ask for them No key left in the key safe - had to phone host yet again and wait outside the property for 40 mins for someone to bring the key

We had a quiet and fantastic stay there. The environment was com which is what we wanted so you're happy with it.

It was accommodating and clean

We were given less Towers, the dining table and the side table was moving. It's not Kids friendly , one bedside table was broken and it wasn't mentioned for our safety. the garden needed a bit of cleans and better table apart from that everything was fine

NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL

The location, the iron, the kitchen.

1. As soon as you walk in, you are into the 1st bedroom, you have to walk through that to get to the lounge and then the kitchen. 2. bathroom door handle broken, told host, did nothing 3. The mattresses on the single beds on the 1st floor were awful could not sleep on them, had to double them up to use them, therefore we could not use one of the beds. informed the host, did nothing 4. It stated that was there was parking with the house, there is not, there is street parking only. 5. had to call and message for the host to provide the wifi password 6. the bathroom mirror was set for people that are 6ft 6in tall or above. 7. One of the bedroom door hinges broke (it ahs been repaired before, very very badly and the hinges where nor fire rated, neither were the doors. (I mange HMO's, and blocks of flats ). IF proof or evidence is needed then please do not hesitate to contact me.

Stairs too steep to second floor Need instructions posted on how to turn on shower Had to call for key code. They forgot we were coming
