Clean, quiet, private and spacious.
We went there from Vancouver to attend a 2 day concert. This is a basement type of suite but you have own separate entry and separate unit. The unit has 2 bed and 2 bath, living room and a kitchen. Everything is available such as stove, toaster, blender, pots and pans, plates and kitchenware as well as washer & dryer.
One bed comes with own stand up shower and toilet, good for couple.
The door has a stairs before getting to your unit entrance so it’s kinda bit challenging for big luggage, or people with mobility issue but over all it’s still manageable.
The owner is just one text away if you need anything or if you have questions.
The area is very nice and restaurants, shops nearby.
Nothing major. Maybe more blinds or thicker curtain on the bedroom window. Bedroom toilet little loose/unstable.

The apt was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of towels. Washer and dryer was available. Soap pods were supplied. Host , Melody, was welcoming and helped us with our luggage.
Lack of Soap shelves the showers.
A hook to hang a towel on the bathroom door would be nice.
