The location, the style it was decorated, more like real Florida! Still near to lots of amenities
Just the bed was a little hard for me but my friend liked it so that's not a big deal, could have extra garage bags so we could take out the garbage

Beautiful location. Lots of outside space to enjoy along the water. Very clean and updated. Didn’t have time to use boat available to rent.
