I loved the location of the property—it was set in a quiet and serene countryside environment. The house was spacious and very clean, with free Wi-Fi, three bedrooms (two with en-suites), and enough space to accommodate ten people comfortably, they provided stairs guard rail for the little kids. It also had a lovely balcony/conservatory where children could play, as well as ample parking for cars, as we were two families with two cars. The property was perfect for our needs, and if I were to go on a similar holiday again, I would definitely choose this place. There was hardly anything to complain about, as almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided.
The only downsides were that the nearest big stores were miles away, and a few basic household items such as a blender, mop stick, bucket, brush, and dustpan were not provided, which meant we had to purchase them ourselves. However, overall, almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available, and we really enjoyed our time here.

Great location. Lots of beds and the beds were comfy and clean.
The whole flat felt quite tired and in need of a deep clean. The furnishings were lovely and bright which really helped but there was a balcony which had poo on, maggots in the drain and a wasp nest right next to it so we were unable to go out. The kitchen felt dirty and everything we used (cutlery and crockery) needed to be washed before we used it. Windows and windowsills were very dirty. No plugs in the bath so we had to make do. It also felt unsafe- would not recommend for children and there was nothing to separate the flat from the abandoned pub other then an unlocked door but we were quite conscious the first night so didn’t sleep well. The main double bed was broken underneath so we were worried that would break. Luckily it didn’t.
