Lo mejor fue la ubicación, está en el mismísimo centro y tienes fácil acceso a metro y autobuses además de poder llegar andando a más de un lugar emblemático.
La comunicación con el alojamiento. A pesar de que escribí en más de una ocasión a través de Booking al alojamiento e intenté llamar al teléfono que proporcionan, no contestaron a nada ni dieron muestras de recibir los mensajes, llegando a pensar que cuando llegáramos al alojamiento nos iban a dejar tirados. Al final respondieron el mismo día de nuestro ingreso, pero pasé varios días angustiada planteándome incluso si ir o no.
Hablé incluso con atención al cliente de Booking, para asegurarme de tener un registro de mis intentos, y aunque es cierto que respondieron, no lograron realmente solucionarlo como tal y parecían no tener intención de hacer nada hasta que nos viéramos realmente con el agua al cuello.
Además, fuimos a principios de agosto y es cierto que el apartamento es muy caluroso ya que pega el sol todo el día y no hay aire acondicionado. Por la noche es imposible dormir con las ventanas abiertas porque hay ruido constantemente, da igual la hora. Incluso con ellas cerradas se escucha bastante pero es más tolerable.
En cuanto a la limpieza, no está mal, pero se puede mejorar.

The location
Too much noise from outside throughout the day and night. The apartment was also too hot and was missing some basic kitchen essentials, such as having only one fork, no napkins, and no microwave.

Location location location, exactly what we wanted for our stay for walking to everything we were doing. Watching Piccadilly Circus at night was magical.
Check in was easy if you follow the instructions.
No microwave even though it was listed. Window latch broken so you couldn’t shut it properly. Both problems have been mentioned time and time again, is it really that hard to correct these problems?

A szállás elhelyezkedése fantasztikus! Minden elérhető akár sétálva!
A szállásadó ( annak ellenére, hogy látta, hogy Magyarországról foglaltam ) az utolsó pillanatban küldte a kódot a kulcsszéfhez. Pillanatnyi zavaromban nem volt nálam a mailom, így próbáltam felhívni a bejutás időpontjában a megadott telefonszámon, persze nem volt elérhető, s a kétnapos tartózkodás alatt sem hívott vissza. Azonban utolsó éjszaka ( kb éjfélkor ) küldött egy üzenetet ( amit persze nem olvastam ) amiben leírta, hogy a 15 perccel később költözünk ki, mennyivel többet kell fizetni, ha 1 órával akkor....Ráadásul a kiköltözés percében ránk is csörgött ( egy tök más számról ) , hogy hová a bánatba tettük a kulcsot, mert ő megírta éjfélkor!!!, hogy tegyük vissza széfbe. Mi már szerencsére ( el sem képzelem milyen retorzióval élt volna ) egy kávézóban ültünk, a kulcsot a konyhabútoron hagytuk. Ez gondolom a nagystílű londoni élet velejárója. Azonban az, hogy olvassa az ember a booking értékeléseket, s látja a mások által felsorolt hibákat ami az ingatlannal kapcsolatos, arra gondolnék, hogy jó gazda-bérbeadó ezt igyekszik kiküszöbölni, megjavítani, vagy megjavítatni, de ennél az ingatlannál ez sajna nem így történik, bármit olvasol az ingatlanról ami fél-1 évvel ezelőtt észrevételeztek az most is úgy van ( pedig egy fantasztikus szállás is lehetne ). Ha egy tömör mondatban kéne megfogalmaznom: a lépcsőház szebb és jobban karbantartott mint a lakás!
