host cancelled our appartement at the times of the checkin saying there was a glitch

we didn't have the "chance" to try the appartement

host cancelled our appartement at the times of the checkin saying there was a glitch, we saw the person inside the appartement because they gave us the access before cancelling, they gave the appartement to a guy since monday (was friday) without replying or anything to us before cancelling, and we were trying to cantact them since a few days ago

Never staying here again, despite the location.

Only the location.

There was absolutely no ventilation. No window nothing. They did provide 2 fans that barely blew any air and a small air conditioner that helped a bit but due to lack of ventilation was always extremely hot…. It was cooler outside the building than inside…. The hallways were so sketch and inside had a weird smell… the shower was super small and the doors didn’t close well which allowed water to leak. There was no mini fridge which was inconvenient… the mattresses on the bunk were horrible especially the top bunk… we were scared it was gonna break and fall on the person sleeping at the bottom. Never again.

Don't Stay here!!!!

It was very disappointing.

When we arrived, the room we had booked was still occupied by another person. They were very upset because they were still staying there. This was extremely concerning and made us uncomfortable about the security and management of the property. We were told/given another room, but by this point we had already lost confidence in the accommodation. The room/property that we saw was in a very poor and messy condition, and we were concerned that the accommodation was not being properly cleaned or managed. We also could not find anyone at the property to speak to or resolve the situation with us. Because of this, we had no choice but to look for another hotel and leave the accommodation. The most concerning part was that another person was still able to be in the room that had been assigned to us. This raised serious concerns about privacy and security. We did not feel comfortable staying somewhere where we could not be confident that other people would not have access to our room. We paid for accommodation that we expected to be clean, properly prepared, safe and available to us at check-in. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

L’emplacement est génial

Manque un grand miroir des chaises ou fauteuils. Deux matelas à ressort qui ne sont pas confortables

9 / 10Outstanding·Jan 2026

perfect location, easy access, responsive agency, clean and really good shower. also was quiet, which I didn’t expect in that location for that price.

I would have loved a chair and a table.

9 / 10Outstanding·Nov 2025

Location and space. Very easy to access and instructions from host were spot on. I also liked the 'keeping in touch emails'

Just a tiny point. A small table and chairs to eat a meal would be good

Can’t get a more central location

It is quite basic but does have everything you need for a comfortable stay
