location was great and secure from the street

the mattresses were so old they were basically just for show. especially the bunk beds, they were so thin we slept on top of the doona covers and they creaked so loud.

Great location in the heart of London, very convenient for visiting the city. The apartment was comfortable and suitable for our family of six

The bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell and some mould, and there were a few small maintenance issues. The apartment was also very noisy at night, which made sleeping difficult

Never again. Fraudulent.

Room not available, beds undone, trash on floor, window open. Property manager never responded. Booking.com not able to do anything. Lost over $300.

Location for this property was great. Easy to get to tube stations and area attractions.

This property did NOT have air conditioning as advertised. Finding out at check in that there was no AC in the middle of a historic heat wave is unacceptable. I messaged the host who said they would bring fans but they never arrived. The washing machine also did not work. Neither issue was addressed and my follow up messages were ignored. I’d also add that the shower door is broken and the bathroom smells of drainage.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and central for all our needs.

Would have preferred twin beds or pull out bed rather than bunks however it was in description and was a very comfortable stay and the apartment exceeded expectations.
