What really made a difference is how welcoming, kind and polite all the staff is. They are always willing to help and attend to your needs. The hotel is a good value for money too due to having all the facilities (free parking, swimming pool, gym, buffet breakfast, playground, purified water in room, etc). The buffet breakfast is like brunch too.

The hallways are nonairconditioned but fair enough. This hotel has a vision of being ecofriendly and the hallways does not have a constant foot traffic.

Nice hotel in good location. 7-11 nearby, Laundry nearby. Breakfast on the rooftop is rich and can enjoy the valcano view. The bed is very confortable. Staff are friend.

It was clean and the staff was nice.

The breakfast was not impressive at all. The room was a bit small. The location is farther outside Bacolod than I prefer.
