Our overall experience was great. The rooms were very spacious and the quality of the rooms exceptional. There were three different air conditioning units, which meant you could have 3 different cooling zones for different preferences, which was great. The room is great for families, especially for those traveling with kids. The room had dinnerware available and a large table, which was nice, so we were able to eat dinner inside the unit.

The entrance to the building was a bit underwhelming. I was expecting to be wowed by the lobby. The bathroom was a bit small. You would have to move out of the way to open the door when you're inside. The toilet had a separate glass door, which was a little difficult to open. The breakfast was also a bit underwhelming. At those prices, you'd expect a buffet-style breakfast with a nice spread, but all you get is a plate-in breakfast with a limited menu (not to mention the servers were a bit unenthusiastic with their service). Finally, my most disappointing experience was the fact that they made a huge fuss about a missing hand towel (which we didn't take, use, or even find at our unit). They wouldn't let us go because, according to them, there was one small hand towel missing from the room. According to them, there was one hand towel beside the mirror in the bathroom, but there was none when we checked in. They said there was one because they had a checklist, so I opened all my luggage to see if we had mistakenly taken anything from the room. I also told them they were welcome to inspect everything. After an uncomfortable amount of time later, they let us go, with the hand towel still missing.
