民泊利用は初めてでしたが、正解でした！早朝、原爆ドームまで散歩できる立地と路面電車駅にもアクセスしやすくコンビニも近くにあり良かったです。散歩で程よく体を動かしてから部屋で朝食を済ませゆっくりチェックアウトできました。気兼ねなくリビングでおしゃべりしながら過ごせて、夜もぐっすり眠れました。
コーヒーが用意されてて嬉しかったのですが、カップがなくガラスのコップでお湯を入れて使っていいのか迷いました。施設・設備の説明に「衣類用ラック」とあるのでハンガーもあるものと思いましたが見当たらず、翌日着る服を掛けられず椅子の背に掛けました。洗濯機があるので上にポールとハンガーがあればいいのになぁと思いました。リビングと部屋の電気が連動するのが不便かな。

Everything is nice and met my expectations.
The beds very comfy and room was clean, there were 4 beds and room is very spacious, and everything is nice.
Toiletries, Cookware and every single thing was there. You feel like home.

清潔でタオルがフカフカだった。必要な電化製品や食器が整っていた。ドリップコーヒーがあって嬉しかった。
よくない、なんてことは何もありませんが、あえて欲を言うなら…ベッドルームとリビングの電気のリモコンが同じチャンネルになっていて、どちらかを消すとどちらも消えてしまうのが少し困った。キッチンに手をふくタオルがあればよかった。マグカップがあれば嬉しかった。
