Next to a restaurants and gas station, opposite of WSU.

The room was clean and seemed to be maintained by staff. Staff was friendly and polite. the overall appearance of the facility appeared to be well maintained, aside from some minor exterior areas where cleaning could have been a little better
The water temperature on the shower and sink was exceeding standard requirements. Hot water tap ran at approximately 140 degree F. which is higher that the usual standard of 120 degree F. I mentioned this to the staff and felt like they are not paying attention to this type of feedback. This is a concern to me as the higher water temperature can cause some scalding and potential burns. .

While the place is dated it was nice an clean. The room I stayed in looked like they just remodeled the bathroom and it looked brand new

did not have breakfast in our rate. Appreciated the ADA toilet. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Only 1 chair. No ADA shower. our refrigerator was open and clean when we arrived but took our entire stay to get cold enough again (had not been closed after cleaning)
