One staff on duty and he was very friendly and helpful. Room was big and bed was comfortable.
Air conditioner and bathroom vent were very dusty. It was a little difficult to bring up large suitcases to the 2nd floor on such a narrow staircase. Price purposely expensive during move in week for WSU but no other decent place available.

This is an enjoyable motel in the middle of downtown Pullman, WA. It has been dressed up with a trendy, modern look, but the basic infrastructure is a standard motel. Our room was large enough to have a table and two chairs, (as well as a refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee machine), so we were quite comfortable there. Breakfast is served at an "oatmeal bar" in the lobby -- that was different from most motels and I like oatmeal so I enjoyed it. The location in downtown Pullman is a plus, as you can walk to bars and restaurants.
In the heat of summer, all the room air conditioners run all the time and we found our unit to be pretty noisy.

The room was clean.
The cost was outrageous for what basically amounts to a motel. The bed was stiff and the pillows were thin. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. We hardly slept.
