The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating.
There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases.

A little bit hard to find the place as there is no sign indicating it's the hotel. Best to have a local number to call them if you get lost in the area (Located inside residential area). We took Yandex taxi from airport (1500 tenge) and the driver helped us call the hotel when we couldn't find the building. (We were near but not the right building) We met 3 different receptionists and all of them were fluent in English. No problems with communication. Breakfast was basic and included during our stay. Wifi was a bit patchy, it works well if you're by the reception. If you rely heavily on the internet throughout your trip, maybe best to get a sim card equipped with sufficient data plan. The hotel was a bit pricey for us but it was spacious, have a good table to work on the laptop and they send breakfast to the room.
