The staff at the property were wonderful. Every employee, from the valet to the front desk to the housekeeping supervisor, was friendly and helpful. They had a massive rush of people all checking in ahead of a big concert and they did it efficiently and with warm friendly professionalism. Our room was spotless clean and the bed/bedding was very nice. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. We will be back.

Hotel isn’t bad but in a kind of sketchy area, the loitering people outside of the hotel made it feel a bit unsafe to explore on foot. Staff were kind but I called 3 times about towels and never got any. Call one 12pm - they were waiting on some to dry, call two 4 hours later - they didn’t forget you they’re still drying, call 3 12:30am - “hey.. I think they forgot me.. I still need towels. It’s been 12 hours hopefully they’re dry by now?”- hotel could use a bit of deep cleaning as well but overall it was okay. Parking prices are outrageous $45/night if I’d known that I probably wouldn’t have booked. I didn’t request my car at all but when it was time to leave and got charges $95. Felt very overpriced.

Parking is around the corner. Literally. It was safe and secure. Breakfast is not included, but there is a private restaurant attached to the lobby if you want to eat. Dunkin is about 600 feet out the door. Beds were VERY comfortable. Anything fabric was very dirty and stained. Don't sit on the chairs in the room and bring shoes to wear around the room. It could use a deep clean. Bathroom and sheets were clean. Basically, I came with low expectations and I was happy to have a clean bathroom and clean sheets.
