Location was perfect. Breakfast buffet when it was available was great.
Cleaning crew were awful, half did our room and then just forgot it, we then had to move rooms cause we came back from a full day out at 11pm to a room with no sheets or towels!
We also had horrible service from the waiting service at breakfast on our last day. Most people had left so only a few people in the breakfast room, but was beyond slow and food wasn’t great…
Also if you don’t book direct through Marriott they’ll try and charge you an outrageous amount per day for wifi!! They also don’t give you water which was really frustrating as the tap water is revolting.
For such a big 4 star hotel I expected the small things without issue but not at this monster of a hotel

Accommodating our early arrival; finding us an available room. Great tidy rooms; laundry & pool available. Central to good tourist locations.
Laundry needing to load an app!! Very difficult from an overseas visitor; then you need to load an amount & $10. Used for one wash load & a dry $7.00; so how do i get my money back!!

The location was perfect! The staff at the front desk were great!!
No dressers in room, no bottled water for room, coffee cafe closed way too early. In the bathroom, toilet paper holder coming off wall, the screws for the towel hooks came through the door, & there should have been more bath towels.
