This was a good choice for the Springboks vs Alll Blacks match. Good location for M&T Bank Stadium, Walters Art Gallery, George Washington monument and several beautiful churches. Interesting little restaurants close within walking distance; Thai, Italian and French food. Great cocktails at the bar. Parking across the street means one doesn't need valet parking. Easy access to I95. Friendly reception staff.
The hotel restaurant food is poor value for money, tasteless and to be avoided. With one exception the waiters were friendly but incompetent. This hotel is not good value for money, because it is expensive for what it offers.

The staff were extremely nice and understanding of our situation with all the travel changes that unexpectedly happened. And the rooms were really clean and spacious.
I didn't like that the trash cans didn't have any bags inside them, as all our previous hotel experience included them. It made cleaning up after ourselves a little harder.

Very friendly staff with nice lobby bar and restaurant. Room was extremely quiet. Dog friendly.

Spacious room, comfortable queen beds which fit 2 people, breakfast was decent.
Noisy AC, the room wasn’t really clean with some dust here and there. We were 3 people and they gave only 2 sets of towels, when asked for third set, it came but shower towel had holes. Breakfast policy about having only 2 vouchers per room is ridiculous. No water bottles were given to us as complimentary gift while the Holiday Inn Express gives them - this is disappointing for a 4* hotel.
