The location was great and the staff were wonderful!
The hotel was outdated and the rooms were falling apart. The hotel needs renovating and could be a beautiful place with some updating.

The Location
Had to keep asking for washcloths and towels and the showers were small I had to bend down to wash my head I'm 6' tall

The balcony door was in bad shape, hard open, worn out almost broken.

Great location for Pier Six concerts and parking lot.
Needs updating, could be cleaner, one elevator that takes so long we used the stairs.
