Close to harbor and whole food

Location and friendliness of the staff.
Temperature indoors in the building was much too cold (Air conditioning). Even when I turned off the AC in my room it was on the cold side, whereas it was warm outdoors. Also - needed to leave early and couldn't get a coffee before 6.30AM.

The hotel room wasn't clean and carpet smelling.
