EXPERIENCIA NEFASTA

⚠️ EXPERIENCIA NEFASTA: Insalubre, ruidoso y gestión vergonzosa Nos alojamos del 18 al 20 de septiembre en este bajo cueva que no es apto para alquilar. Atención pésima (Fina): Semanas antes costó que contestara a dudas sencillas como tipo de cafetera o número de camas en la habitación. Aceptó pago en efectivo, pero luego cobraron con tarjeta. Al reclamarle, nos contestó de malas maneras diciendo que "gestionaba 22 apartamentos, que no le contáramos nuestra vida y que no tenía tiempo". Tras llegar y ver el desastre, desapareció: no contestó llamadas, ni mensajes, ni a la plataforma. Ni una disculpa ni una solución. Respuesta de Booking: A diferencia de la gestora, Booking estuvo a la altura. Tras enviarles las fotos y comprobar el estado deplorable del piso, aceptaron la reclamación y nos pidieron disculpas (aunque no pudieron reubicarnos). Insalubridad y roturas: Había bichos por todas partes, suciedad, óxido y sarro. El plato de ducha estaba roto y no tuvimos agua caliente en toda la estancia además de esperar sin movernos a que viniese alguna persona de mantenimiento que tras concretar la hora nunca llegó. Ruido e ubicación: Techo de madera sin aislamiento (se oye cada paso de arriba). Da a una calle tan estrecha que los coches pasan a 3 cm de la ventana plegando los retrovisores.

Fijn appartement in de oude stad. Zeer centraal maar erg rustig. Tegen de stadswal aan. Volledig uitgerust, ook met fohn en strijkijzer en plank. Goed contact met de beheerster.

Het ligt hoog in de oude stad. Voor minder validen en ouderen is het wellicht teveel trap lopen. Je kunt de trappen vermijden maar dan maak je een flinke omweg. Voor fitte mensen wel te doen. Goed voor de conditie!
