Excellent location in the lovely village of Brockenhurst- great place to stay and explore. Beds were so comfortable and that’s from someone with a back problem!
Nothing - but maybe the 4pm check-in . Travelling from Essex we didn’t want to wait until setting off for the day due to the late check in

Great location
Hard mattress in main bedroom. Was unable to change temp in main shower until I used brut force to change the dial, also shower door came of it’s runners a couple of times. Shower over the bath - the pole kept coming unattached.
