The apartment is very close to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. The space felt large and comfortable, and all the essentials we needed were provided during the stay.
The room is definitely not suitable for four people, as it feels very crowded with that occupancy. Space is limited, which makes it uncomfortable when fully booked. It would be more appropriate if it were not advertised as a room for four guests.

Departamento muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estaciรณn de metro Conca de Oro... Cocina y Lavadora importante para nosotros...
No tuvieron listo el departamento limpio a nuestra llegada y tuvimos que esperar unas horas, pero, luego todo andรณ bien, considero que fue porque llegamos dรญa domingo, asรญ que estar atentos si llegan un dรญa asรญ... asimismo, recomiendo poner mรกs de un rollo de papel higiรฉnico para tres personas y tres noches... Todo ello mรญnimo en comparaciรณn a la amplitud y comodidad del departamento...

L'appartement est correct et spacieux. Il est trรจs proche d'une station de mรฉtro ce qui permet d'aller dans le centre historique de Rome en une vingtaine de minutes.
Il y a des barreaux ร toutes les fenรชtres (je suppose que c'est pour รฉviter les cambriolages, l'appartement รฉtant situรฉ au premier รฉtage). Ce qui n'est pas trรจs agrรฉable.
L'isolation phonique est assez mauvaise, on entend bien les voisins.
Le volet รฉlectrique de la chambre est cassรฉ, on ne peut pas le fermer et par consรฉquent on est rรฉveillรฉ par le jour de bonne heure le matin.
La remise des clรฉs est un peu bizarre (cachette ร l'extรฉrieur de la rรฉsidence).

Clean and comfortable, renovated place.
Staff, facilities.
They reply very late, we wasted half a day for a hair dryer. You write today, they reply one day later.
Gas stove was not working as well, there was no iron available.
