The location, size and comfort were fantastic. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of games provided and blankets for when it's a bit cold. Enclosed garden and parking space were great. Communication from the host was great as well. Really couldn't find any fault at all.

Great location, easy access to Chatsworth grounds and beautiful walks. Cottage was gorgeous and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Thatch End is a pretty cottage on the edge of the chatsworth estate in the village of Baslow. It is in easy walking distance of shops/pubs/cafes and Chatsworth house. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms comfortable. We will definitely be back.
We tripped a fuse, there wasnt any info about the fue box in the welcome pack, so took a while to locate the fuse box.
