Avida towers great location, nice room , over looking pool tower 1. Fireworks on new years eve from 14th floor amazing.

The accommodation’s location is highly convenient, offering easy access to key areas in Cagayan de Oro City. I also truly appreciated the warm assistance of Sir Nonato Tobias, who was very approachable and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable foul odor upon entry, which affected my initial impression. The bed was quite small, and the blanket provided was too thin for the room’s cold temperature, making it difficult to rest comfortably.
