The location of the buidling was great. Located on the edge of BGC, it was easy to walk to any location in the area. Not only that, It was great for me as a runner to make my way across the entire area and touring all of the sights. The building is also directly across from a mall as well as about 5 others within walking distance.
There was NO breakfast. I believe I was sold on the fact there was breakfast. However, after arriving, I found out there was no breakfast. Not sure why this was brought up as a sales point for the room?

Good value for money. Great position - SM mall Market Market & Bonifacio Street all very close. Apartment equiped with iron, washing machine and usual extras. Convenient picking key up in same building.
