La ubicación

Seis horas antes de entrar me enviaron un mensaje que la fachada está en obras y que hay un andamio y una malla. Lo que la vista a la playa no fue la deseada.

Decepción total y publicidad engañosa

Nada que ver con lo que anuncian en las fotos. Al llegar al apartamento nos encontramos con un edificio completamente en obras, con andamios gigantes y una tela asfáltica cubriendo toda la fachada. Esto no se menciona en ningún momento y las fotos del exterior no se corresponden en absoluto con la realidad actual. Las supuestas “vistas al mar” no existen. El mar no se ve porque está totalmente tapado por los andamios y la tela de la obra. Yo pagué un precio elevado precisamente por esas vistas y no tuve absolutamente ninguna. Me sentí engañada. Otro punto muy negativo: el anuncio indica que hay calefacción, lo cual es falso. No hay calefacción, solo un calefactor portátil, que no es lo mismo ni de lejos. Al entrar al apartamento había un olor muy desagradable, y el portal y la zona dan miedo, especialmente por la noche. Nada que ver con las fotos que muestran un portal limpio, nuevo y agradable. La realidad es todo lo contrario, además de una peste importante al entrar. Lo único positivo que puedo decir es que el interior del apartamento estaba renovado, limpio y bien equipado. Eso sí, es lo único rescatable de toda la experiencia. Lo mínimo habría sido avisar previamente de que el edificio está en obras, que no hay vistas reales y que no hay calefacción como tal. No lo hicieron, y eso me parece muy poco profesional. En resumen: experiencia muy mala, sensación de engaño y cero transparencia. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
