The apartment was spacious and clean, complete in terms of supplies. The host is proactive and kind.
The stairs to go to the apartment (they looked unstable...) and the cleanliness of the building (not of the apartment itself). The apartment is nice but the bedroom lacked natural light

Very central and outside space.
The spiral staircase leads to the second bedroom and the sitting area, TV etc. It would be challenging for anyone who is not reasonably fit or needs to take luggage to the bedroom as it is steep and narrow.

Appartement spacieux et bien lumineux.
Emplacement central pour visiter Madrid.
Le 3ème étage sans ascenseur n'a pas été un problème pour nous, mais il est important de le préciser pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou avec de lourdes valises.
Localisation et propreté : L'appartement se trouve dans une ruelle sombre qui sent fort l'urine.
Nuisances sonores : La chambre donnant sur la rue est extrêmement bruyante la nuit en raison des passages répétés et très bruyants de personnes alcoolisées venant des bars situés au bout de la rue.
État général et vétusté : Logement très défraîchi avec un agencement pour le moins surprenant. Plusieurs équipements sont défectueux ou mal entretenus : douche bouchée, TV qui ne fonctionne pas, lave-vaisselle tordu, rideaux mal fixés, lit dont les pieds sont mal fixés et bouge, etc.
Prix : À 872 € pour 3 nuits, la prestation est très nettement en dessous des attentes. Le tarif reste excessivement cher au vu de la qualité proposée.
